Jharkhand educational tribunal

Jharkhand Education Tribunal Act

The Jharkhand Government today decided to implement Jharkhand Education Tribunal Act with retrospective effect from August 14, 2006.

The decision was taken at Cabinet meeting here, Cabinet Secretary - J B Tubid said
adding the government received several complaints about private educational institutions charging high fee which could be addressed by the Tribunal.
